Middle Managers Leadership Programme
Following consultation with senior managers to determine their needs a bespoke package was developed for middle managers e.g. 35 – 50K salary band. Some of the elements incorporated were:
- 360 degree assessment and feedback
- Modular learning targeted on individual assessed needs everything from presentation and communication skills to negotiating and motivating colleagues and peers
- 1:1 Coaching support for cohort

Board Leadership
Working with a Chair of a Health & Social Care organisation to create a series of group learning events and 1:1 coaching support to ensure that new Board members were confident within their new roles and able to positively impact and influence corporate agendas. -
Clinical Leadership
Working with identified Clinical leaders to allow them to understand and develop effective leadership models of working which will allow them to positively impact upon and influence corporate agenda's and colleagues.
