Change Management
Change can be rapid and transformational or change can be achieved in a more incremental transactional way, this is the conventional thinking.
At Paradigm we take a more organic approach; we work with you to understand your needs and/or the needs of your organisation and then craft the solution with you.
We can leave you with Visions and action plans or we can help write strategies, undertake project support, develop policies, re-design service delivery and develop employees to fulfil your change plans, we can even provide outplacement assessment and coaching services.
Here are some examples of recent projects:
-
Implementation of new national pay and conditions
Implementation of new national Pay and conditions contract; this project involved engaging and securing the ‘buy-in’ of a cohort of professional staff and their Unions to new terms and conditions within a tight time frame as well as practical application of developing new employment contracts, assimilation onto new pay scales and development of new job specifications and policies for engagement. -
Service re-design
Service re-design — this involved assessing existing service provision and productivity then utilising a variety of tools including LEAN applications to develop new pathways of service and supporting these changes with appropriate performance management systems and policies as well as new job definitions and roles. -
Quality Accreditation model for national service
Quality Accreditation model for national service — here existing performance measures were analysed and benchmarked against a review of research literature then a new quality performance measurement model was developed and adopted for national implementation.
