About Paradigm Collective

Paradigm Collective is an association of likeminded professional colleagues lead by Jill Ashley-Jones MSc, BA, RN, RSCPHN, CMIOSH, CMIPD, MSNLP, MAC.

Jill holds Chartered membership of key professional bodies for human resource management and occupational safety and health; as well as holding Full Membership with the ‘Association for Coaching’ and being a Master Practitioner of the ‘Society of Neurolinguistic Programming’.

All members of the Collective have held Executive and Senior Leadership roles within the public and private sector and have between them a vast portfolio of experience of helping organisations and individuals to be the best they can be.
